Ariz. Admin. Code § R18-13-311 - Disposal; General
A. All
refuse shall be disposed of by a method or methods included in these rules and
shall include rodent, insect, and nuisance control at the place or places of
disposal. Approval must be obtained from the Department for all new disposal
sites and may change in the method of disposal prior to use.
B. Carcasses of large dead animals shall be
buried or cremated, unless satisfactory arrangements have been made for
disposal by rendering or other approved methods.
C. All public "dumping grounds", provided in
compliance with A.R.S. §
9-441, shall be maintained and
operated in accordance with the requirements of these rules.
D. Manure shall be disposed of by sanitary
landfill, composting, incineration, or used as fertilizer in such a manner as
not to create insect breeding or a nuisance.
