Ariz. Admin. Code § R18-14-110 - Reclaimed Water Flat Fees
A. The
Department shall assess a flat fee for a reclaimed water quality protection
service as listed in Table 7, adjusted annually under subsection (B). For
purposes of this Section, "complex" is defined in A.A.C.
R18-1-501(9) .
"Standard" means any permit that does not meet the definition of complex.

B.
The Director shall adjust the reclaimed water quality protection services flat
fees listed in subsections (A) every August 1, to the nearest $10, beginning
August 4, 2023, by multiplying the reclaimed water quality protection services
flat fee by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the most recent year, and then
dividing by the CPI for the year 2023. The CPI for any year is the average of
the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale, AZ,
all items published by the United States Department of Labor, as of the close
of the 12-month period ending on June 30 of that year.
