Ariz. Admin. Code § R18-15-805 - Pre-offer Conferences
A. The
Authority may conduct one or more Pre-offer Conferences or site visits.
Pre-offer Conferences must be open to the public. If a Pre-offer Conference is
conducted, it shall be not less than seven days before the Offer due date and
time, unless the Authority makes a written determination that the specific
needs of the Procurement justify a shorter time. Statements made during a
Pre-offer Conference are not amendments to the Solicitation.
B. Notice of a Pre-offer Conference shall be
posted at a designated site on a worldwide public network of interconnected
computers, no less than seven days prior to the Pre-offer Conference, as part
of the Solicitation materials.
