Ariz. Admin. Code § R18-15-904 - Long-Term Water Augmentation Fund Application for Financial Assistance
The Authority shall not present an application for consideration unless all of the following conditions are met:
1. The Application meets all requirements
listed in the Request for Applications; and
2. The applicant has demonstrated legal
capability, financial capability, technical capability, and managerial
capability under
R18-15-104.
