Ariz. Admin. Code § R18-18-106 - Reportable Release Notification
The owner or operator of a facility at which a reportable release occurs shall:
1. Comply with
the notification requirements of A.R.S. §
49-125(E);
2. Submit the written follow-up emergency
notice required under A.R.S. §
49-128(B);
and
3. Update the notice provided
under subsection (2) as required under A.R.S. §
49-128(C).
