A. An individual or entity qualified under
R19-1-201 who submits an application under
R19-1-202 for a conveyance license shall post a copy of the application and the notice
required under A.R.S. §
4-201(B) conspicuously at the location from which the
applicant conducts its principal business in Arizona.

The following
Section was amended under an exemption from the Arizona Administrative
Procedure Act (A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6) pursuant to Laws 1989, Ch. 234,
§ 22. The Office of the Secretary of State was not allowed by law to file
or publish exempt rules when the Section was amended by the Department. The
Department has now filed this Section with the Office of the Secretary of State
as required pursuant to Laws 1996, Ch. 307, §
19.
