Ariz. Admin. Code § R19-1-256

Adopted effective September 14, 1990, under an exemption from the Administrative Procedure Act pursuant to Laws 1989, Ch. 234, § 22; filed with the Office of the Secretary of State October 25, 1996 (Supp. 96-4). Amended effective June 4, 1997; repealed effective June 10, 1997. Both actions were exempt from certain provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act pursuant to Laws 1996, Ch. 307, § 18 (Supp. 97-2).

The following Section was adopted under an exemption from the provisions of the Arizona Administrative Procedure Act. Exemption from this Act means that the rule was not reviewed by the Governor's Review Council; the rule was not submitted to the Secretary of State's Office for publication as a proposed rule in the Arizona Administrative Register; the public did not have an opportunity to comment on the rule; and the rule was not certified by the Attorney General.
