Ariz. Admin. Code § R19-2-C607 - Civil Penalties
A. The
Commission shall notify the Department in writing if a licensee is issued a
civil penalty under A.R.S. §
5-235.01(A)(3) or (C).
B. Upon receipt, the Commission shall
immediately forward the civil penalty to the Department for deposit.
C. Failure to pay a civil penalty of any kind
shall result in a suspension of a license until the penalty is paid.
