Ariz. Admin. Code § R19-4-110 - Responsible Advertising
A.
Advertising, marketing, and promoting of event wagering shall not target, or
otherwise be of a kind that specifically appeals to, persons under 21 years of
age.
B. Advertising, marketing, and
promoting of event wagering shall not be misleading or contain false
information.
C. Advertising,
marketing, and promotion of event wagering shall not promote irresponsible or
excessive participation in event wagering, or suggest that social, financial,
or personal success is guaranteed by engaging in event wagering.
D. Advertising, marketing, and promoting of
event wagering shall not occur at event venues where most of the audience at
most of the events at the venue is reasonably expected to be under 21 years of
age.
E. Event wagering messages,
including logos, trademarks, or brands, shall not be used, or licensed for use,
on clothing, toys, games, or game equipment intended primarily for persons
under 21 years of age.
F. Event
wagering shall not be promoted or advertised in college or university-owned
news assets, including digital news assets.
G. Event wagering shall not be promoted or
advertised on college or university campuses, except for generally available
advertising, including television, radio, and digital advertising.
