Ariz. Admin. Code § R19-4-209 - Servers and Cloud Storage
A.
Responsible parties shall provide the Department with the physical location of
each server that accepts fantasy sports contest entries. The server or servers
shall have physical and logical security.
B. The responsible party may utilize cloud
storage upon written approval by the Department.
