Ariz. Admin. Code § R2-12-1302 - Authority to Perform Remote Online Notarization
A. A notary public of this state may perform
remote online notarizations during the term of the notary public's commission
if:
1. 'The notary public has received written
authorization from the Secretary of State to perform remote online
notarizations under this Article; and
2. The Secretary of State has not terminated
or revoked such authorization.
B. A notary public who is authorized to
perform remote online notarizations under subsection (A) may also perform
electronic notarizations under Article 12.
