Ariz. Admin. Code § R2-12-604 - Acceptable Transmitters of Electronic Voter Registration Forms
A. Only the
following government agencies may be transmitters:
1. The Department of
Transportation,
2. The county
recorders, and
3. The Secretary of
State.
B. Each
transmitter shall enter into an agreement with the Secretary of State to
transmit electronic voter registration information before transmitting
electronic voter registration information.
