Ariz. Admin. Code § R2-20-209 - Investigation
A. The Executive
Director or any other person designated by the Executive Director shall conduct
an investigation in any case in which the Commission finds reason to believe
that a violation of a statute or rule over which the Commission has
jurisdiction has occurred or is about to occur.
B. The investigation may include, but is not
limited to, field investigations, audits, and other methods of information
gathering.
