Ariz. Admin. Code § R2-5B-302 - Reprimand
A. Authority. An
agency head may issue a written reprimand to an employee for cause.
B. Reprimand Procedures. The agency head
shall provide the employee with a written statement of the reasons for the
reprimand and the employee's grievance rights.
