Ariz. Admin. Code § R2-7-B314 - Contract Award
A. An agency
chief procurement officer shall award the contract to the lowest responsible
and responsive offeror whose offer conforms in all material respects to the
requirements and criteria set forth in the solicitation. Unless otherwise
provided in the solicitation, an award may be made for an individual line item,
any group of line items, or all line items.
B. The agency chief procurement officer shall
keep a record showing the basis for determining the successful offeror or
offerors in the procurement file.
C. The agency chief procurement officer shall
notify all offerors of an award.
D.
After a contract is awarded, the agency chief procurement officer shall return
any bid security provided by the offeror.
E. Within 3 days after a contract is awarded,
the agency chief procurement officer shall make the procurement file, including
all offers, available for public inspection, redacting information that is
confidential under
R2-7-103.
