Ariz. Admin. Code § R2-7-C309 - Only One Offer Received
If only one offer is received in response to a solicitation, the agency chief procurement officer shall review the offer and either:
1. Award the contract to the
offeror and prepare a written determination that:
a. The price submitted is fair and reasonable
pursuant to
R2-7-702;
and
b. The offeror is responsive;
and
c. The offeror is responsible;
or
2. Reject the offer
and:
a. Resolicit for new offers;
b. Cancel the procurement; or
c. Use a different source selection method
authorized under the Arizona Procurement Code.
