Ariz. Admin. Code § R2-7-C310 - Extension of Offer Acceptance Period
A. To extend the offer acceptance period, an
agency chief procurement officer shall notify offerors in writing of an
extension and request written concurrence from all offerors.
B. To be eligible for a contract award, an
offeror shall submit written concurrence to the extension. The agency chief
procurement officer shall not consider the offer from an offeror who fails to
respond to the notice of extension.
