Ariz. Admin. Code § R2-7-C317 - Contract Award
A. An agency
chief procurement officer shall award the contract to the responsible offeror
whose offer is determined to be most advantageous to the state based on the
evaluation factors set forth in the solicitation. The agency chief procurement
officer shall make a written determination explaining the basis for the award
and place it in the procurement file.
B.
Before awarding any cost reimbursement contract, the agency
chief procurement officer shall determine in writing that:
1.
The offeror's accounting system will permit timely
development of all necessary cost data in the form required by thespecific
contract type contemplated, and
2.
It is adequate to allocate costs pursuant to Article
7.
C. After
contract award, the agency chief procurement officer shall return any offer
security provided by the offeror.
