A. A
collection agency shall notify the Director in writing of any change in the
officers, directors, partners, or active manager of the collection agency not
more than 10 days after the change. With the notice, the collection agency
shall provide the Director with a Statement of Personal History for each new
officer, director, partner, or active manager on a form obtained from the
Department.
B.
A collection agency shall notify the Superintendent
in writing of any change in its place of business not more than 10 days after
the change.
