Ariz. Admin. Code § R20-5-1209 - Records Availability
A. Each
employer shall keep the records required under the Act and this Article safe
and accessible at the place or places of employment, or at one or more
established central recordkeeping offices where the records are customarily
maintained. When the employer maintains the records at a central recordkeeping
office other than in the place or places of employment, the employer shall make
the records available to the Department within 72 hours following notice from
the Department.
B. Employers shall
make available to the Department any equipment or technology that is is
necessary to facilitate inspection and copying of the records.
C. Each employer required to maintain records
under the Act shall make enlargement, recomputation, or transcription of the
records and shall submit to the Department the records or reports in a readable
format upon the Department's written request.
