Ariz. Admin. Code § R20-5-138 - Hearing Calendar and Assignment to Administrative Law Judge; Notification of Hearing
A. The
chief administrative law judge shall maintain a hearing calendar. The chief
administrative law judge shall ensure that a request for hearing filed in
accordance with this Article is:
1. Placed on
the hearing calendar, and
2.
Assigned to an administrative law judge who is designated as the presiding
administrative law judge.
B. A presiding administrative law judge may
hold a hearing at an earlier date than required under A.R.S. §
23-941(D),
if all parties to the proceeding agree.
