Ariz. Admin. Code § R20-5-1502 - Computation of Time; Extension of Time Limits
A. In computing any time period prescribed or
allowed by this Article, the day of the event from which the time period begins
to run shall not be included, but the last day of the period computed shall be
included unless it is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, in which event the
period shall run until the end of the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday,
or legal holiday. When the time period prescribed or allowed is less than 11
days, intermediate Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays shall not be included
in the computation of time.
B.
Except as otherwise precluded by law, the Division may extend time limits
prescribed by this Article for good cause. A request for an extension of a time
limit shall be filed with the Division in writing and shall state the reasons
for the request.
