Ariz. Admin. Code § R20-5-1512 - Reports, Books, Records, and Data Review by the Commission; Audit
A. All reports,
books, records, minutes, and data of a Self-Insurer relating to matters
governed by the Act and this Article are subject to review by the Commission or
its authorized representative upon request. A Self-Insurer shall ensure that
reports, books, records, minutes, and data relating to matters governed by the
Act and this Article are accurate and maintained in a legible and
understandable manner.
B. The
Commission may, upon notice of three days, perform or have performed for its
benefit an audit of the reports, books, records, minutes, and data of a
Self-Insurer relating to matters governed by the Act and this Article. The
Commission shall be responsible for the cost of an audit.
