Ariz. Admin. Code § R20-5-1514 - Claim Processing and Reserving
A. Self-Insurers and Third-Party
Administrators shall ensure that claims are processed and benefits are paid in
compliance with the Act and applicable administrative rules.
B. Self-Insurers and Third-Party
Administrators shall adopt and adhere to industry-standard reserving practices
and maintain claim reserves at the full undiscounted value of each claim,
including related claim expenses.
