Ariz. Admin. Code § R20-5-157 - Sanctions
A. A presiding
administrative law judge may impose the following sanctions against any party
or authorized representative of a party who fails to comply with this Article
or fails to comply with an order of the presiding administrative law judge or
Commission:
1. Dismissal of the party's
request for hearing;
2. Refusal to
permit the introduction of evidence by the party; or
3. Assessment of reasonable attorney's fees
and costs against the sanctioned party or authorized representative of a
party.
B. If a party
shows good cause, a presiding administrative law judge or the Commission may
relieve a party of sanctions imposed under subsection (A).
