Ariz. Admin. Code § R20-6-1917 - Geographic Availability in an Urban Area
An HCSO shall provide each enrollee living in an urban area of the HCSO's service area the following:
1. Primary care services from a contracted
PCP located within 10 miles or 30 minutes of the enrollee's home;
2. High profile specialty care services from
a contracted SCP located within 15 miles or 45 minutes of the enrollee's home;
and
3. Inpatient care in a
contracted general hospital, or contracted special hospital, within 25 miles or
75 minutes of the enrollee's home.
