Ariz. Admin. Code § R21-1-107 - Release of Dcs Information for a Research or Evaluation Project
A. A person seeking
DCS Information for a research or evaluation project shall send a written
request to the Department. A request shall include the following information:
1. If the person works for a research
organization:
a. The name of the organization,
and
b. The organization's
mission;
2. A
description of the research or evaluation project and the data requested, which
explains how the results of the project will improve the Department;
3. A description of the plan for maintaining
the confidentiality of personally identifiable information, if requested, and
disseminating the results of the project; and
4. The funding source for the research or
evaluation project.
B.
Within 30 workdays of receipt of a completed request from a research requester,
the Department shall:
1. Advise the requester
whether the Department will provide the requested DCS Information,
2. Inform the requester of the estimated
copying fee required under R21-1-110, and
3. Inform the requester of the expected
time-frame for providing the requested DCS Information.
C. The Department shall provide the requester
with the requested DCS Information, upon completion and after receipt of the
copying fee.
