Ariz. Admin. Code § R21-1-212 - Payment

A. DCS CHP may pay a Healthcare provider in accordance with the established AHCCCS fee schedule unless otherwise permitted by A.R.S. § 8-512, or in the contract between the Department or subcontractor and a provider.

B. A current AHCCCS fee schedule is available for a medical, dental, other health provider, and CMDP Member on the AHCCCS website, http://www.azahcccs.gov/. The Department shall also make the fee schedule available upon request.
