Ariz. Admin. Code § R21-1-403 - Time Period Prior to Results of Personnel Criminal Records Check or Issuance of a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
A. A provider shall not allow an applicant
who applies for a Level One fingerprint clearance card under A.R.S §
46-141
to provide services directly to juveniles or have unsupervised contact with
juveniles until the applicant obtains a valid Level One fingerprint clearance
card.
B. A provider shall not allow
an applicant who is required to submit fingerprints to the Department under
A.R.S. §
46-141(I) to provide services directly to or have
unsupervised contact with juveniles unless the applicant clears the Criminal
records check or obtains a valid Level One fingerprint clearance card, as
applicable.
