Ariz. Admin. Code § R21-1-405 - Effect of Proscribed Criminal History Disclosed or Discovered
A. A provider shall
not allow an applicant or personnel who disclose or have been convicted of or
are awaiting trial for an offense listed in A.R.S. §
41-1758.07(B) or (C), or A.R.S. §
46-141(G),
or who are subject to registration as a sex offender in this state or any other
jurisdiction to provide services directly to or have any contact with
juveniles.
B. A provider shall not
allow an applicant or personnel who apply for a Good Cause Exception under
A.R.S. §
41-619.55
to provide services directly to or have any contact with juveniles until the
Good Cause Exception is granted.
