Ariz. Admin. Code § R21-1-507 - Director Review and Further Appeal after the Administrative Hearing
A. An
administrative law judge's decision is not final until the Department Director
reviews the decision. The Director has 30 days to review the administrative
decision. The Director may accept, reject or modify an administrative law
judge's decision under A.R.S. §
41-1092.08.
B. A perpetrator may appeal the final
administrative decision under A.R.S. Title 12, Chapter 7, Article 6.
