Ariz. Admin. Code § R21-5-417 - Placement Services
A. An
adoption entity shall make counseling services available to the adoptive
parents' family as the entity deems reasonable and necessary to facilitate the
child's acceptance into the adoptive parent's family and to preserve stability.
The adoption entity may make such services available by advising the adoptive
family that such services may be beneficial and referring the adoptive parent
and his or her family to community resources and providers.
B. The adoption entity shall make information
on adoption related educational and supportive resources available to adoptive
parents.
C. The adoptive parent
must sign a document stating if he or she is declining any form of adoption
counseling.
