Ariz. Admin. Code § R21-6-212 - Training Reporting Update
A. The licensing agency shall update the
Department's electronic database within seven days of the licensee completing
the training required by A.R.S. §
8-509.
B. OLR may take an adverse licensing action
against the licensee, or the Department may take a contract action against the
licensing agency, or both, if the licensing agency does not submit the
information as required by this Section.
