Ariz. Admin. Code § R21-6-409 - Training Reporting Update
A. The foster parent shall cooperate with the
licensing agency to provide proof of completion of the training required by
A.R.S. §
8-509.
B. OLR may take an adverse licensing action
against the foster parent if he or she fails to complete the required training
and to submit the information in subsection (A) as required by A.R.S. §
8-509.
