Ariz. Admin. Code § R21-7-103 - Initial Consultation
A.
Within 30 calendar days of receipt of an initial application package, the
Department shall review the application and contact the applicant to schedule
an initial consultation.
B. At the
initial consultation, the Department shall review the submitted initial
application with the applicant. The Department shall review the requirements
for licensure and shall advise the applicant about any missing or incomplete
information in the submitted application.
C. If the applicant fails to provide the
information within the time periods specified in this Article, the Department
shall close the application and send the applicant a written notice of
closure.
