Ariz. Admin. Code § R21-7-119 - Quality Management
The Chief Executive Officer shall:
1. Develop and implement a written plan for
ongoing quality management that, at a minimum, includes a method to:
a. Identify, document, and evaluate
incidents;
b. Collect data to
evaluate services provided to children;
c. Evaluate the data collected to identify a
concern about the delivery of services related to children in their care;
and
d. Make changes or take action
as a result of the identification of a concern about the delivery of services
related to children in their care;
2. Submit an annual summary report to the
governing body that includes:
a. An
identification of each concern about the delivery of services related to
children in care; and
b. Any change
made or action taken as a result of the identification of a concern about the
delivery of services related to children in care;
3. Maintain the report required in subsection
(2) and the supporting documentation for the report as indicated in
R21-7-122 ; and
4. Submit the plan for ongoing quality
management and the annual summary report to the Department at license
renewal.
