Ariz. Admin. Code § R21-7-203 - Statement of Purpose; Program Description and Evaluation; Compliance with Adopted Policies; Child Rights
A. The licensee shall have a written
statement that describes its philosophy, purpose, and program for a child in
their care.
B. The licensee shall
have a written program description of all services each facility provides to a
child in care and their families and the methods of service delivery.
C. The licensee shall adhere to and enforce
all plans, policies, and procedures that the licensee adopts in accordance with
this Chapter.
D. The licensee shall
provide a copy of the rights listed in A.R.S. §
8-529 to each child in care age 12
and older and for children less than 12 years of age as developmentally
appropriate. This information shall be posted in a conspicuous location within
each facility.
E. The licensee
shall ensure that the person assisting the child in care with personal care be
of the same gender, if needed.
