Ariz. Admin. Code § R21-7-222 - Recreation; Leisure; Cultural Activities; Community Interaction
A. The licensee
shall have as part of the Agency's written program description the Agency's
cultural, religious, indoor and outdoor recreational and leisure opportunities
available to a child in care that may include:
1. Interests and needs of the child in care,
including an allotment of time for the child to pursue individual interests,
and time to address the special needs of the child; and
2. Procedures promoting normalcy through a
child's participation in current community and community of origin activities
and use of community resources.
B. The licensee shall arrange transportation
and supervision to support a child in care's community activities,
extracurricular activities, and use of community resources that are applicable
to the Agency's program description.
C. The licensee shall make available
recreational equipment, activities, and games suitable to the size, age,
population, and developmental level of a child in care.
