Ariz. Admin. Code § R21-9-223 - Insurance Coverage
A. An
adoption agency contracted with the State shall have insurance coverage as
required by the State contract in addition to the requirements of this
Section.
B. An adoption agency
shall have insurance coverage that provides protection against financial loss
as required by this Section, including insurance coverage with the minimum
scope and limits of liability not less than those stated below.
1. Commercial General Liability - Occurrence
Form Coverage including bodily injury, property damage, personal injury, and
broad form contractual liability:
a. General
Aggregate $2,000,000;
b. Products -
Completed Operations Aggregate $1,000,000;
c. Personal and Advertising Injury
$1,000,000;
d. Blanket Contractual
Liability - Written and Oral $1,000,000;
e. Fire Legal Liability $50,000;
f. Each Occurrence $1,000,000; and
g. The policy shall include coverage for
sexual abuse and molestation.
2. Automobile Liability. The policy shall
cover bodily injury and property damage for any owned, hired, or non-owned
vehicle used in the performance of licensee's operations and shall have a
Combined Single Limit (CSL) coverage of $1,000,000.
3. Worker's Compensation and Employers'
Liability.
a. Workers' Compensation coverage
shall comply with state statutory requirements.
b. Employers' Liability.
i. Each Accident $500,000;
ii. Disease - Each Employee $500,000;
and
iii. Disease - Policy Limit
$1,000,000.
