Ariz. Admin. Code § R3-10-1115 - Equipment, Tools, Buildings and Sanitation; Recordkeeping
A. The farm shall
establish and keep records required under this Article in accordance with the
requirements of Article 14 of this Chapter.
B. The farm shall establish and keep
documentation of the date and method of cleaning and sanitizing of equipment
subject to this Article used in both:
1.
Growing operations for sprouts; and
2. Covered harvesting, packing, or holding
activities.
