Ariz. Admin. Code § R3-10-1705 - Withdrawal of Qualified Exemption; Department; Orders
The Director shall issue an order to withdraw the exemption to the owner, operator, or agent in charge of the farm. The order shall:
1. Be in writing, signed and dated by the
Director;
2. Include specific
information related to the reason for the withdrawal;
3. Outline requirements regarding compliance
with the order; and
4. Outline
opportunities for appeal.
