Ariz. Admin. Code § R3-3-701 - Definitions
In addition to the definitions in A.R.S. § 3-341, the following terms apply to this Article:
1. "Discontinuation"
means when the registrant is no longer distributing a pesticide into
Arizona.
2. "Pest" means, in addition to
the pests declared in A.R.S. §
3-341(20), all
birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, fish, slugs, snails, crayfish, roots, and
plant parts.
3. "Official sample"
means any sample of pesticide taken by the Associate Director, or the Associate
Director's agent, and designated as official.
"Pest" means, in addition to the pests declared in A.R.S. § 3-341(20), all birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, fish, slugs, snails, crayfish, roots, and plant parts.
