Ariz. Admin. Code § R3-8-305 - Equipping a Service Vehicle
A business licensee or political subdivision shall provide each service vehicle with the following:
1. All equipment and supplies required by the
label and labeling to apply properly the pesticides on the service
vehicle;
2. A measuring and pouring
device compatible with the pesticides on the service vehicle;
3. Protective clothing and safety equipment
suitable for use when handling, mixing, or applying the pesticides on the
service vehicle;
4. Material
capable of absorbing a spill or leak of at least one gallon;
5. A storage container large enough to hold
material contaminated by absorbing a spill or leak of pesticides;
6. At least one gallon of clean, drinkable
water for each individual using the service vehicle at one time;
7. Uncontaminated change of
clothing;
8. Specimen label and SDS
for each pesticide on the service vehicle; and
9. A locking storage space designed to
prevent a pesticide container from being damaged while in transit.
