Ariz. Admin. Code § R3-8-603 - Corrective Work Orders
A. If
the PMD issues a corrective work order requiring a licensee to remedy
deficiencies in treatment or to comply with this Chapter or the PMD's statutes,
the licensee shall notify the PMD in writing by the date specified in the order
that the corrective work is complete.
B. The director may consider a licensee's
compliance with a corrective work order or lack thereof in imposing appropriate
disciplinary action.
C. Failure to
timely complete the corrective action or notify the PMD of the completion is a
separate ground for disciplinary action.
D. A corrective work order issued by the PMD
is not subject to A.R.S. §
41-1009(E) -(F) unless the PMD indicates in the order that timely compliance with the
order will result in no disciplinary action being taken for a deficiency or
violation.
