Ariz. Admin. Code § R3-9-102 - Elections
A. The AILRC shall
elect officers as specified in A.R.S. §
3-526.02(A)(2) during the first quarter of each calendar
year.
B. Officers continue in
office until the next annual election.
C. An officer may be reelected
successively.
