Ariz. Admin. Code § R4-10-113 - Establishment and School Management
A. an
establishment or school licensee shall ensure:
1. Licenses, notices, and the Board's most
recent inspection sheet are prominently displayed in view of the
public;
2. All licensees or
registrants in the establishment, school, or a mobile service area have current
licenses or registrations;
3.
Infection control and safety standards are maintained; and
4. If the establishment or school closes, the
licensee or authorized representative notifies the Board within 10 days by
completing a form that is available on the Board's website.
B. The Board shall hold the establishment or
school licensee responsible for all violations of requirements in subsection
(A) that occur within the establishment or school.
C. If An establishment licensee rents or
leases space within the Establishment to a person who obtains a separate
license to operate An establishment, the Board shall hold the second licensee
responsible for all violations of requirements in subsection (A) that occur
within the portion of the Establishment the second licensee is licensed to
operate.
