Ariz. Admin. Code § R4-2-211 - Notice of Hearing
A. The
Board shall issue a Notice of Hearing as prescribed in Article 4 if a question
of representation exists.
B. A
person may, by written request to the Board, receive notice of the filing of a
petition for election and a related notice of hearing.
