Ariz. Admin. Code § R4-26-418 - Mandatory Reporting Requirement
A. As required by A.R.S. §
32-3208, an applicant or licensee who is charged with a misdemeanor involving conduct
that may affect client safety or a felony shall provide written notice of the
charge to the Board within 10 days after the charge is filed.
B. A list of reportable misdemeanors is
available on the Board's website.
