Ariz. Admin. Code § R4-33-503 - Audit of Compliance and Sanction for Noncompliance with Continuing Education Requirement
A. The
Board may audit a licensee or certificate holder for compliance with the
continuing education requirement at any time.
B. When notice of the need to renew a license
or certificate is provided, the Board shall also provide notice of an audit of
continuing education records to a random sample of administrators or managers.
An administrator or manager subject to a continuing education audit shall
submit the documentation required under
R4-33-501(D)
at the same time that the administrator or manager submits the renewal
application required under R4-33-206 or R4-33-405. If an administrator or
manager fails to submit the required documentation with the renewal application
on or before June 30, the license or certificate expires unless the
administrator or manager obtains an extension of time in which to complete the
continuing education requirement.
