Ariz. Admin. Code § R4-38-118 - Audit of Compliance and Sanction for Noncompliance with Continuing Education Requirement
A. When
notice of the need to renew a license is provided under
R4-38-109(A),
the Board shall also provide notice of an audit of continuing education records
to a random sample of licensees.
B.
A licensee who is notified of a continuing education audit shall submit
documentary evidence of compliance with the continuing education requirement at
the same time that the licensee submits the renewal application required under
R4-38-109(E).
C. If a licensee
subject to a continuing education audit fails to submit the required evidence
no later than the date specified in
R4-38-109(C),
the licensee is considered to have committed an act of unprofessional conduct
and is subject to probation or license suspension or revocation.
